We are delighted to receive an Outstanding award from North West in Bloom.
We gave the judges a guided tour when they visited the orchard in August. They were impressed and later scored us 86 out of 100 in their “It’s Your Neighbourhood” category.
Their assessment says:
The volunteers have planted over 40 fruit trees and over 100 saplings. The environmental work with wildflowers, bird and bat boxes is great work. The partnership work linking with other groups is brilliant.
